Max’s family restaurant in Solferino is all about traditions and homemade pasta is a big deal. Every Thursday all the ladies of the neighborhood get together for a full day to make ravioli, tortellini, and tagliatelle. Sometimes we are able to get there and experience the real-real, but sometimes the atmosphere of this ritual gets so dense that it turns into a sort of Illuminati-themed Soap opera, so we decided to schedule it for Wednesday here at the hotel, a peaceful workshop overlooking the lake.
The Masterclass takes place in the late afternoon with our chef Federica, and it takes 2.5 hours.
