These rooms are located on the west-south side of the building facing the lake directly. Are equipped with a King size bed with super soft nonallergic feathers top mattress & pillows by Daunenstep. Deluxe King rooms are on the first & on the second floor and have a wonderful terrace or balcony.
King rooms are suggested for a long stay.

These rooms are located 2 on the north & 2 south sides of the building and have a private balcony from which you can admire the lake Garda on the Verona & Brescia – both side. Each superior room is different, all on the second floor, bigger than classic rooms, equipped with a queen-size bed, nice design lamps art & balcony.

These rooms are located on the north & south sides of the building and are the very first original rooms from the 1930 guest house. Classic rooms are on the first floor and are completely renovated in 2018 and are suitable for max 2 adults – double bed ( Queen ) – and are stylized with pastel colors.
